Kahwah which is also known as Gehwa, Kehwa or Kahwa, is a conventional green tea prepared and consumed in Afghanistan, a few areas of central Asia, and in northern parts of India, particularly in Kashmir Valley. Kahwah is a vino-hued tea with almonds on top of it. Kahwah helps Kashmiris to beat the winter chill. Other than keeping you warm in winters, Kahwa is additionally a very rare and healthy drink. Kahwah is made by boiling special Kashmiri kahwah tea leaves, saffron, cardamom, cinnamon and then garnished with Kashmiri flower petals, nectar, pulverized almonds.
Every one of these ingredients are processed together to make the tea delightful as well as healthy for the body. This beverage is traditionally made in a ‘samovar ‘which is a metal pot, having a focal cavity to put live coals and a space for the ingredients to boil.
